2. Nature of Service

• • Sharbuz is a platform that connects users with local merchants and helps them discover offers, make payments, and engage with nearby shops.
• • Sharbuz does not sell products or services directly.
• • All purchases or payments are directly between users and merchants, and Sharbuz is not a party to any transaction.

3. Account Registration

• • You may use Sharbuz without registration for basic browsing, but an account may be required to access certain features.
• • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.
• • Sharbuz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Merchant Listings

• • Merchant information (shop name, address, business category, offers, and public contact number) is publicly visible on the Platform.
• • Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of their listings.
• • Sharbuz may remove or modify any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

5. Payments and Transactions

• • Any payments made through Sharbuz are direct transactions between the user and the merchant.
• • Sharbuz does not store sensitive payment details like card information; all payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We only store basic transaction information such as UPI details, transaction IDs, and order IDs for record-keeping purposes.
• • Sharbuz is not responsible for product quality, pricing, or delivery, and all disputes must be resolved directly with the merchant.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• • Sharbuz does not handle refunds or cancellations, as we do not sell or deliver any products.
• • Users must contact the merchant directly for any refund, return, or cancellation requests.
• • Sharbuz may assist with dispute resolution but is not liable for any loss or claim arising from such transactions.

7. Content and Feedback

• • Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted through Sharbuz may be used by us for improving the Platform.
• • By submitting content, you grant Sharbuz a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content.
• • You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or abusive content. Sharbuz may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

• • All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Sharbuz are owned by or licensed to Sharbuz.
• • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• • Sharbuz is only an intermediary connecting users with merchants.
• • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or transactions with merchants.
• • Your use of Sharbuz is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharbuz, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

Sharbuz may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
