Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the use of the Sharbuz platform ("we", "us", or "our"). Sharbuz enables users to discover local offers, earn rewards, and connect with nearby merchants.

Please note that Sharbuz does not sell any products or services directly and is not a party to any transaction between users and merchants.

Transactions and Payments

All purchases or payments made through the Sharbuz platform are directly between the customer and the merchant.

Sharbuz acts only as a technology facilitator that helps users discover offers and connect with local stores.

When a user makes a payment to a merchant using the Sharbuz app or a linked payment method (such as UPI, card, or wallet), the payment is processed through Sharbuz and then paid out to the respective merchant. However, Sharbuz does not interfere with or modify the transaction terms between the user and merchant.

Refunds and Disputes

Since Sharbuz is not the seller of any goods or services:

  • • Refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations are the responsibility of the respective merchant.
  • • Users must contact the merchant directly for any issues related to the quality of products, non-delivery, incorrect charges, or refund requests.
  • • Sharbuz is not liable for any loss, delay, or dispute arising from a transaction between a user and a merchant.

However, in cases where cashback or rewards are involved through Sharbuz:

  • • Cashback eligibility and amount are determined based on successful transaction completion as per offer terms.
  • • If a transaction is cancelled or refunded by the merchant, any associated cashback may also be reversed.

Platform Responsibility

  • • Sharbuz ensures that listed merchants are real and verified to the best of our ability.
  • • We monitor the platform to prevent misuse or fraudulent listings.
  • • In case of disputes or complaints against a merchant, users may contact team@sharbuz.com, and we will review the case and assist where possible — though we cannot guarantee a refund.

Sharbuz is a Technology Platform: We facilitate connections between users and merchants but do not handle the actual sale of goods or services.

Direct Merchant Responsibility: All product quality, delivery, and customer service issues must be resolved directly with the merchant.

Cashback Terms: Cashback and rewards are subject to successful transaction completion and may be reversed if the underlying transaction is cancelled.
